Limited Warranty Policy
Debra Lee Collection (“Company”) offers a limited warranty to the original purchaser that its handbags (“Covered Products”), when purchased from the Company or an authorized retailer, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, including scratching, fading, and patina development; misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident; unauthorized repairs or modifications; exposure to extreme moisture, heat, chemicals, or prolonged sunlight; damage from improper storage; dye transference or friction with other materials; natural variations in leather color and texture; and cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
Remedies
If a Covered Product exhibits a qualifying defect during the Warranty Period, the Company will repair the product at no charge. If the Company determines that repair is not feasible, the Company will replace the product with an identical or comparable product. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete repairs within eight (8) weeks of receipt of the product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To submit a warranty claim, first contact the Company at shop@debraleecollection.com or visit debraleecollection.com. The consumer must provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photographs of the product. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability and Legal Rights
Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the Warranty Period to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary by state.
