Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@debraleecollection.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical address when possible.

Delays and Exceptions

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high volume, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@debraleecollection.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Debra Lee Collection at 67 34th St Second Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11232. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
